follow up appointment when we will provide a personalized evaluation of your
property based on information obtained
from the Multiple Listing Service of
the Greater Boston
Real Estate Board, Banker and Tradesman and the City or Town
Hall of your community.
When we return for our follow up meeting we will provide an
update on the pulse of the real estate market, present the Comparative Market
Analysis, discuss a pricing strategy and a personalized marketing plan. Together
we will view your home through the eyes of today's consumer. At this meeting we will ask that you make a
commitment for our services and discuss specific items relative to the preparation
of your home in order to secure the highest possible price.
