Once you have selected your communities of interest and have
a pre-approval letter from a lender stating your lending capabilities, it is
now time to engage us as your BUYER'S AGENT.
Our search begins with defining your goals and a list of the
communities of interest. We register you to receive daily notifications of properties
that meet your criteria. As your BUYER'S AGENTS in addition to searching the Multiple
Listing Service, we explore For Sale By Owner Ads, Craig's List, websites where
home sales are posted, local tabloids, ans we network with other brokers. Often listings are sold prior to reaching MLS or
print advertising. Word of mouth and the announcing of new listings between brokers
does generate sales. Quality properties are still selling quickly. It is
important for you, the buyer, to have a Buyer's Agent working on your behalf
fulltime.
You and your agent become a partnership. You hear from us
daily. As the inventory changes frequently it's our job to keep you informed.
We may be contacting you by phone, e-mail or text messaging. It is your preference. Working as a team, Muriel
and Susan provide full time service without interruption. As your
representative, we preview the properties (when possible) to see if they meet
your criteria. We arrange, coordinate, and accompany you to all appointments. We
provide you all the information relating to the property that you will need to
make your selection.
It is impossible to determine how long it will take you to
find the home of your choice.
This is up to the commitment you give to your search, the
available inventory and your willingness to compromise on your "wish list. Some clients purchase the first home they see,
others take months. There is no formula.
